Returns/Refunds.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason or the item arrived damaged, please contact info@susanmchu.com within 7 days from receipt of your package.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are allowed beyond the 7 days.

Items must be in original, unused condition to be eligible for return.

Sale, clearance, and/or marked down are FINAL SALE and are not subject to return/refund.

Please make sure to add info@susanmchu.com to your "E-Mail" address book to ensure prompt delivery of response.

If, AFTER contacting us, you are asked to return your package, please send it to Susan M. Chu, PO Box 228, Huntington NY 11743.

You are responsible for paying the “return” shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If refund is applicable, refund is only made on the original total cost less shipping.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
